The doctor says I have bulky ovarian cancer, but never explained why?

I'm not sure what is meant by "bulky ovary, since this is not really a medical term is merely descriptive. You could have a cyst of the ovary. You need to have your doctor better interpret what it means to its results. In lean women, ultrasound through the abdomen allows beautiful views of the uterus and ovaries.
Ovarian cysts, such as ... Functional cysts (the most common form) - benign cysts that form within the menstrual cycle
You need to talk with your doctor or your gynecologist. Ring in the office and ask, we can only guess what that might mean.
